Terms & Conditions - Miss Gracious International 2027

Effective Date: 10 September 2025
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in Miss Gracious International 2027 (the "Pageant"), organized by Goryeo Pageantry (UEN: 53510174X). By registering, participating or voting in the Pageant, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Open to women aged 17 and above from all backgrounds and citizenship

• Contestants must comply with all Pageant rules, including full participation in every segment

• No contestant fees are required - contestants pay nothing before, during or after the pageant (strictly no hidden fees of any kind)

2. Registration & Participation

• Registration must be completed through the official website www.missgracious.beauty

• All information provided must be accurate, complete and truthful - misrepresentation may result in disqualification

• Contestants agree to submit any required materials (photos, videos, biographies) and may be featured in promotional materials

3. Voting & Winner Selection

• 100% public voting: No judges are involved at any stage of the competition

• Both contestants and voters can verify their votes publicly anytime on the official Live Results page

• Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate or falsify votes will result in immediate disqualification

4. Prizes

• The winner receives S$3,000 cash prize

• Contestants who complete all segments will receive an uncapped S$2 payout per vote as a direct Revenue Share cash reward

• Contestants who complete all segments will receive a guaranteed S$100 Full Participation cash reward

• Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to local tax regulations

5. Code of Conduct

• Contestants must act respectfully toward organizers, fellow contestants, sponsors and the public

• Harassment, discrimination or unethical behavior may result in disqualification

• Contestants must comply with all applicable laws during the Pageant

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials submitted to the Pageant, including photos, videos and biographies, become the property of Goryeo Pageantry

• Goryeo Pageantry may use, reproduce, publish or distribute these materials worldwide, royalty-free and in any media for promotion, marketing or Pageant purposes

• Contestants consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded during Pageant events

• Contestants confirm that all submitted materials are original and do not infringe third-party rights

7. Privacy

• Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

• Contestants consent to collection, storage and use of their personal information for Pageant purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Pageant organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred during participation

• Organizers are not liable for technical issues, website outages or voting platform outages beyond their reasonable control

9. Amendments

• Organizers reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions reasonably and equably at any time

• Updates will be promptly posted on the official website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms
